Norbiton Cabs Airport Transfers

Possibly the worst experience Ive ever had! Took money, but forgot to send a car!!! As a result was late for my flight. Customer services wouldnt even respond to my emails. STAY AWAY if you want to get somewhere!!!!!!!

Worst taxi service I had! First, the taxi just didnt come, then they said in 10min, also didnt come, so after about 25min being late they came and charged us almost the double amount then another taxi company.

Do not use!!! No show cab! I had two young kids with me, I waited 20mins in the cold. When I rang to find out where the cab was, they said they had no drivers. Not even a courtesy call to let us know they weren't coming. Disgusting service. Avoid!

I had a taxi booked for today and we needed a big car however I confirmed the taxi at 08.00 in the morning for 14.00 pick up in the afternoon . The company didnt call me to tell me it was running late , I called them and they cut me off , I called again they put me on hold , I called again and by now the cab was 25 mins late and I was in danger of missing my flight . Not even a solution was offered a replacement car maybe but that would have taken 40 mins - I will never use these again , not even a sorry or an alternative car allowance r mode of transport was offered
