If only 0 stars was an option. Do not use - I called and booked a taxi directly with them a day before my work meeting for 6.45am. Pre-paid the taxi also. On the morning at 6.50am no taxi showed so I called them and their response was we have no cars its not coming worst customer service Ive ever had avoid, avoid, avoid!

AVOID-Pre-ordered a taxi for an important event- checked half hour before and was assured it was all Ok. Car never arrived, and only found out that the driver had 'car issues' after calling again at arrival time. They couldn't find me another cab, had to take an Uber. Took five phone calls to secure refund for a service I never received, and only got this after 7 days. Controllers awful

I booked a cab to go to Gatwick Airport. The operator was trying to sell me the service at a higher price than agreed earlier, and told me he was looking at prices for Heathrow! That sounded not good already. Anyway, the booking was then confirmed and paid in advance. Pick up time was this morning at 3.30. I got a phone call at 3pm saying that there was an emergency and my driver was unavailable. They could not find any other driver. Thank God I found an amazing Uber driver and I'm on my plane now. This service is highly unreliable, unprofessional. I was told I have to wait 5 or 6 days for a refund. Of course no compensation was mentioned. Ridiculous and shameful.
