    Absolutely Immoral Company!! I booked a taxi online with this company for a wedding I was attending. Not only did they call me to rearrange the time and then sent a taxi to pick me up on the wrong month, they then failed to make the booking at all even when I called the day before to check the booking was ok- which I was told it was! I got 4 missed called during the wedding afternoon and when I called back I was told they were no longer able to make the booking. I was left completely abandoned and unable to get home because this company are so disorganised they couldn't manage my booking when I had pre-booked 3 months in advance! I am still shocked they just cancelled on me and had no alternative solutions thinking it was ok to leave an exposed person deserted at such short notice. It is a completely unscrupulous thing to do to someone.

    I booked a taxi from the cotswolds to Heathrow for 106 in early October and paid online 2 weeks prior to the date. Obviously it was essential I got there as I had a flight to catch. I began to get concerned when it still hadnt arrived ten minutes after the agreed time. I called and was told hed broken down and was waiting for the AA. No one thought to let me know if in fact this was the case! I was offered cancellation and a refund, and not best pleased as this was during the petrol shortages with most stations out of fuel, was told to try and get a local providerand all the time the clock was ticking on my flight departure. Disaster but thank god for ROYAL TAXI EVESHAM who came to my rescue and got me to Heathrow in record time. I had to pay them direct and obviously it cost me more than minicar airport transfer but I was happy to pay for such excellent service. Unfortunately despite the promised refund a month has now passed and I am still waiting for it. They have stopped responding to my emails asking when I can expect it and I am now going to have to take further steps to recover my money. Completely unprofessional service and they have stolen 106 from me which I paid in good faith for a service which was not provided. I understand that breakdowns can happen and it worked out in the end thankfully but there is no excuse for not refunding me and ignoring my emails (they did respond initially to confirm they would be refunding)DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
