        Have used them for years but somehow service has changed tried tried booking and dispatcher was rude and got annoyed at me for trying to get throughseems like they have one person or a call service who knows nothing about customer service wasnt even sure it was a taxi firm when they answered

        Terrible service on NYE. Driver was 30 minutes late and gave no indication that they were going to be late. No text or call. When we rang up 15 minutes after the booking time to see if they were still coming, they said they were running late and didnt turn up within another 15 minutes. If we hadnt have called they wouldnt have made us aware at all. They were also incredibly rude on the phone, so much so that I ended up having to rely on an Uber instead. Additionally, a cab I took earlier in the night refused to take card, only cash or bank transfer. This was after the man on the phone when I booked it assured me all cars took card. I would not recommend using Hatch End Cars.
