I had driver 173 called Riaz hussain ,he arrived on time to take me to my destination. He was friendly and maintained his vehicle well. Overall a good experience

I ordered a taxi and was assured it would be with me in no more than 15 minutes and possibly less . I was very specific and told her it was because I had a train to catch and the lady assured me no more than 15. After 23 minutes I rang back and was told the driver was at least 15 minutes away ! I said that had I been told it may be that long I could have made other arrangements and was annoyed that no- one had called to say it would be late ! I then cancelled the taxi via the automated process within 5 minutes of calling them . In the event I missed my train and an extremely important appointment that has left me 52.00 out of pocket . An extremely shoddy service all round and wont be using this company again and nor will my 14 colleagues who have done so previously
