        Awful, I booked them for my mum to take her to the hospital and was assured they would be there as their ofdice is closed weekends. They also promised we would get a text with the drivers number. That didn't happen either. Terrible.

        Hopeless taxi company. Booked them to take us to Heathrow and vehicle turned up 15 minutes late. Let it go that time as a one off. Booked them once more to take us to Heathrow again. Got text confirmation confirming pick up at 7:00am. At 7:07 no show. Called the office and was told driver would be there by 7:30am. Cancelled and booked Uber instead. Touch and go whether we would make the flight. Utterly useless. I strongly advise that you use a different taxi firm.

        Your taxi man waited for my son at Luton Airport on Saturday, even though the flight was delayed and arrived at 8 not 5.30pm. Thank you for this caring and kind service.
