        Used them twice within a week and they were brilliant. One was a trip to Gatwick from N London. Prompt, efficient, smooth journey with a very good driver.

        Terrible. Booked when couldnt get any other taxi. The driver went the wrong way, I had to direct him on my app and then at the end he said he only accepted cash! Who carries cash?! I said Id pay card by calling the company but even they said they dont take card so I had to bank transfer to the driver in the taxi (I was already late from his wrong directions).
