        We order a bigger car to pick u to elderly people and a foldable mobilty scooter that folds flat and fits in to any boot of a car the driver refused to pick them up and didn't even attempt to try to put it in his boot

        I feel sick to my stomach writing this. Did not show up for our airport run. We have managed to get an Uber now but there is a good chance we will miss our flight. 0 communication just didnt show up. Avoid at all costs.

        Do not use this cab service. My nan is 85 years old and they didn't care that we were stranded in wembley. We booked 2 cabs (return) for 11pm and the 1 cab they sent was 1 hour late. Then the 2nd 1 didn't turn up at all. Bearing in mind we live an hour away from Wembley. Had to order a bolt and that cost us more than we were meant to pay. Never again.
