Drove with Sher from Southend airport to London and he was great! Friendly and professional. Service was on time and a great person to chat to.

Our driver seemed to be in a bad mood when he met us at stansted, he gave poor instructions on where to meet but seemed to blame us! There were 3 of us and he made us squeeze into the back seat of the car and never offered the front passenger seat, keeping it folded forward. There was a problem with our drop off address as it was not the same as our payment address, it was a friends house 3 miles further, so they made us pay an extra 12.61 whilst we were in the car and the driver even raised his voice when he instructed us to you must pay until the end of the journey! Will not use them again and certainly will not recommend them.

Awful service. Booked through minicabit and there was a problem with payment which was their fault. However, ATN outsourced it to addison lee- driver was late as he sat up the top of the road, he didnt get out to see if he was at the right number and the driver was also very rude. Will not use again.

Avoid at all costs - based in India! 20 minutes late for an airport run and then called the driver to demand they pick another passenger up 40 minutes late!
