overpriced as was my first tattoo so didnt know better and they knew that. tattoo took 30 mins but they booked me a two hour slot and charged me for two hours. first 45 mins the artist went to the shop for his breakfast and a phone charger. he told me this as i waited. then refused to do the design i wanted and then proceeded to do a tattoo so deep its extremely raised now. would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. 280 for a basic design is daylight robbery and i know better now.

100% would recommend Dale to anyone looking to get a tattoo removal. He has years and years of experience and came highly recommended by multiple top tattoo places in London. I had my removal sessions exactly 8 weeks in between sessions consecutively (6 in total) and followed his advice and aftercare to the T. He is incredibly responsive which is always a plus to any business and personal care. I couldnt be more happier with the results and feel so lucky that my first time of laser removal was the best experience I could ask for.

I managed to find NZ guest artist, Jeff James, and loved his work, so contacted him to find out when he was in London. I saw him for a consultation at the Family Business, and a few days later had my tattoo done. Wow, its better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you so much Jeff. Popped in for an impulsive walk in tattoo - really nice relaxed vibe - receptionist was really charming - got the work from Lorenzo - who was fabulous - really nice guy, patient - makes sure you get what you want - and the tats are ace !
