The Tanning Shop Harrow

It is 9:05 and the shop is closed ! This is not professional! It is raining so badly and I spend my time and to come here on this weather! After that she told me that I need to wait more because her computer is not working! I dont have time to wait until she will fix it or change it with another computer, if you know something is not working you change it because the opening time. Really bad experience!

I attended a tanning shop in Harrow on 31/12/2022 @ 12:45 I told the lady behind the counter I have spoken with you 12 days ago about my account to move .credit from 1st to 2nd account this way I can use my credit one go I don't want coming twice just for 17 minutes because not worth it.I told her please please give the head office number 1st she lied i don't have it when I told her you the lier she said I do have it but I will not give it to you, she's a blond short skinny lady wearing glasses She was very rude with me after that she told me I am going to call my Albanian husband I hope you know what Albanian do. I smiled to her and respond my dear it's a shame to talk like that because Albanian people do not bad most of my friends they're are Albanian they're my best friend same time from 17 years. I called the police myself because she refused to call them. I called the police They took our statements same time I submitted my complaint to head office with the police case number about that unprofessional manager, the same time I'll sell my story to TV channels. Note I told the police if something happens to me I'll sue her head off because she has all my details on the system. Really unprofessional services what kind of manager shame on her.
