Excellent customer service from the 2 men who work there and they are very friendly! Excellent quality of work and it is always done to the highest of standards throughout. However, they are sometimes ridiculously expensive and they do tend to cut corners occasionally. For example, stitching holes in trousers instead of patching. For example, they charged me 15 to repair two small holes on my jeans. A tailor close to my Sixth Form charged me 8 to repair one big hole and they done it very well! In hindsight, they are acceptance of mistakes and they do offer lower prices if they mess something up for you. For example, when it says that they are open from 10am and I was there at 10.45 for 20 minutes waiting for them to open.

Service is great. Tailoring is great. Lovely people working. They have female workers to take measurements of females. Male workers do not take measurements from females if there are no female workers available. For the quality of their work I think their price is reasonable.

This tailor is now open, I believe it is under new management but suggest visiting early mornings, is an excellent tailor was used extensively by all for minor and major repairs very reasonable.
