Tai Chi and Qi Gong at Crouch End and Hornsey (Mei Quan)

I find Tai Chi and Qi Gong to be a huge amount of fun, and since starting I feel my health, balance, posture and general fitness have all improved. Aaron is a great teacher; always encouraging us to challenge ourselves and progress as students.

I have been going to the Crouch End Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes for a while now and I definitely feel the benefit. The classes are really friendly and open to all ages and abilities I highly recommend giving it a try if you are interested.

I've been doing this class for 4 years, and it's definitely making me stronger, more flexible and more resilient - physically and emotionally. It's a really warm and friendly class - the community aspect keeps me coming back every week and motivates me to keep learning and developing my tai chi. Aaron is a great teacher, very clear, and supporting people to develop at a pace that's right for them. I also love being part of the wider Mei Quan Academy and knowing that there are hundreds of others around London and further afield taking part in this practice - we are part of something bigger.
