The Sycamores Swim School

We have been attending Sycamores swim school since June 2021 and we continue to do so we have Beth as our teacher who is lovely , kind and such a lovely lady to have to my child. Needless to say we have had a couple of cover teachers too while Beth was on holiday and again I have not got a bad word to say about any of the teachers . . i have not a bad word to say about this swimming school. Been taking our Son here since 4 months and he is just about to finish his first term. Lovely teachers and the classes are always fun for him. His development has been amazing and the teachers brilliant. This is the favourite part of my week and I love that classes are personal and facilities are always super clean.

TAKE NOTE OF ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AS THEY SPEAK THE TRUTH AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS SWIM SCHOOL. If I could put a 0 star I would have. My child nearly drowned at this swim school due to Gemma not watching him . The manager Zehra was only concerned about the teacher being upset and money but don't worry about my child's life . He was very TRAUMATISED he put his trust in to this teacher and she let him down . If I hadn't called to the teacher it probably would of ended a different way for my son. This school is only concerned about the money and not the children . Zehra said I wouldn't be getting a refund but I'm fine with that as she needs it more than I do so she can put the 103.50 (Lessons and the certificate my son didn't even receive) towards getting better training for herself and her staff .

Zahra I think is the owner. And she is the most terrible person I had to deal with. I live in a temporary accommodation with my son at the moment due as assault in my house where I have been robbed and stole my car too. I have the police reference too. I literally asked for a refund as I am broken at the moment and needed the money for food for my son. She said that for any circumstances she doesnt refund. Stop. No physic place to talk, no reply on call. She doesnt reply. She downloaded care. She just care about money. I personally think that people like her shouldnt deal with babies. About the swimming pool, there are no shower, no lockers, no hairdryer. Its very unsafe undress the baby there. Your child will go out from that terrible place wet and with chlorine on your body. As a mother I wont never recommend this place to anyone.

Our daughter loves these classes, its perfect for little ones getting used to being in the water
