This firm manages contractors atrociously, and in a criminal way. They arranged for scaffolding to be put up for our neighbours that went over our garden. Despite our in principle support for this and willingness to provide access, on both occasions when the scaffolding was put up and taken down, they gave us no advanced notice and workmen used a ladder to climb over a wall to trespass in our garden without warning, causing damage and leaving litter. Don't use them unless you want to get sued, reported to the police, or both.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS FIRM. At present we are in dispute over the party wall. We have validated that the wall not shared and should never have been shared due to the angle of the fence line in our favour as clearly shown in the deeds and the angle of the other parallel fence line. At present there is been stated that the entire wall and foundations at the end of the wall which is over 50 cm. On top of this the wall was not even shared and I have been placed with the Burdon of the cavity to help making the neighbours wall flush as possible. I have already got a an independent report stating the breaches and errors which have been just been ignored. On top of this I have had structural issues one which was so bad it put my family at risk as the chimney was not supported properly not once but twice and on top of this I can not even build my extension as the wall not even fit for purpose as it not structurally sound. I also have a whole list of 1) Built extension on front of the wall 2) Taking down a chimney without consent 3) Removal of tiles full length of the room without consent 4) Foundations lip is entirely on my side 5) Allowed render on my side and to help hide all the breaches 6) Guttering removed from my house again to help hide breach I personally would not recommend this firm as I will now have to take this to court which I am going to do so to get a ruling on.
