        Poor service from Isaac after initial contact. Did not return phone calls or answer emails. Did not turn up for Party Wall survey agreed appointment. Did not follow correct Party Wall processes, no paperwork drawn up. Allowed building work to continue. Be aware - do not use company. Damage caused to our property from next door building work - Isaac not interested.

        We appointed Isaac to carry out a Party Wall Award for building works at our property, he acted super quick and communication has been outstanding. Isaac and his team at Wilderton Party Wall Surveyors made sure that we were well informed at every step of the way and due to Isaac being so quick our builder was able to complete the task in the time that suited us. The icing on the cake though is that Isaac is an honest, hard-working man with outstanding knowledge in his field of expertise. I could not have hoped to appoint a better Party Wall Surveyor and I will be using him in the future and recommending Wilderton to any acquaintances who may need his services.
