Elder Indian staff member refusing to refund a product where its stated on the product you can get a full refund. He completely ignored that and said it wasn't possible.

After a year of living in High Barnet and using Salisbury for all my goods, i got accused of stealing 4.50 worth of Nescafe, i had to return to the previous store and get receipt to then return to Sainsbury to reclaim my goods. I have since avoided using the store unless necessary and will not advise any friends or family to use it. The Iceland next door and Tesco down the road are much friendlier.

Polite, helpful staff every time I visit. Especially at the moment... thank you to all the people at Sainsbury's and everywhere else who are working to make sure the rest of us can carry on.

Pretty much as youd expect: a small, no-frills-attached high street supermarket. Its reduced range means the price of your average shop will be higher than at a larger supermarket. Still, its practical to have close by, they have good opening hours, you can buy a cheap sandwich there, and its in a convenient location with great bus links.
