Great staff and good selection for a small shop

This is my daily shop where Im buying my lunch and sometimes dinner ! Products are always fresh and tasty ! I Sam recommend the albacore tuna as being one of the best products I have purchased from them . The smoked salmon is delicious and the offer is always great ! Their slow cooked range has never disappointed me ! The stuff always helpful.also they have this amazing chicken wings for only 1.49 .find them in my photos .delicious

INFESTED FOOD! Bought a number of large Belgian chocolate biscuit 1KG tins at the end of November as Christmas treats and possible gifts. Obviously not all could be eaten at the same time. I opened one of the tins just before Christmas and was shocked and disgusted to find a huge spider inside the internal plastic wrapping as soon as I removed the wrap. The spider was quite active and quickly ran away. The following day I went to M&S Mill Hill Broadway where the goods were purchased. I was told that they have no stock of the mentioned item and to come back another day for exchange. In the new year I had a prolonged ear infection so I was not fit to go out due to cold weather. Yesterday I went back to the branch to exchange the infested food but was shockingly refused an exchange or refund by a lady by the name of Mary-Jane who claimed to be the branch manageress (more like a customer deterrent than a manager). I explained the scenario in details but Mary-Jane was not interested to resolve the issue and she lacked the very basic customer relation/satisfaction skills. So I just left the tin of chocolate biscuits on the counter as I was not prepared to eat infested food, and left. I am still shocked as how I have been treated by M&S, the most expensive food retailer selling infested food and not willing to at least honour customer's statutory rights. Customers are always wrong at M&S. Shame on you M&S! I will never buy anything from you again!

Went to pick up an online order waited 20 mins to be told item wasnt there. Left my name and number for them to call me back no one called. Chased complaints department to see where my order is they told me they couldn't really help me.

I was shopping at Marks and Spencers Mill Hill today and one of the staff members, Kerry, was very rude to me when I asked her why there was no tills open. She responded by shouting at me, with an aggressive tone of voice, asking humiliating and rhetorical questions such as am I an android you didnt ask me cant you see Im the only one here She then proceeded to walk away continuing to mumble under her breath. In all my years of shopping here, never have I met such a foul member of staff.
