Thieves: tried to return an item via Evri. A Samsung monitor worth around 600. These awful people decided to keep it for themselves. The item has never been collected from the shop and the shop denies all knowledge. Happened on multiple occasions according to other reviews.

This is a real shame as the shop itself is really handy, sells every day groceries and provides a service for various courier companies. I like supporting independents - However the customer service in this shop is the worst that I have ever experienced not just once but every occasion I have been in there - will never use them again. This is all staff all of the time, really needs to be reviewed.
