Found this company after having had a frustrating experience with other contractors. I needed to remove a load bearing wall and describe the planned works to my freeholder. Hikmat and his team took a very careful approach, took the time to explain their choices, provided extremely detailed calculations, plans and drawings. All that for great value for money and something that's priceless; kindness. After submitting their work (on time) they still remained available to me for any questions from the freeholder. Five stars totally worth it, I would strongly recommend this company. And thank you guys for everything

Hikmat was a fantastic help to a very difficult building project following a house fire in our kitchen/family room. Thanks to mistakes from several parties involved, including another surveyor, I called Hikmat to help. He worked with our excellent team of builders and was able to identify the issues, help correct the errors so building control would pass the plans and put our minds at rest over the work that had already been done. He later helped with some smaller issues related to the build and was always available for advice and to talk through any questions we had. Not only that, the pricing was extremely competitive and I can't recommend Hikmat enough.

I contacted UCE about a potential structural survey. They provided excellent feedback and advice over the phone which has helped enormously. I would thoroughly recommend.
