Steakout Norbury

Visited Steakout Norbury on a busy Eid weekend with wife and son. Our order was severely delayed and had to remind the staff about the order. Other diners who placed food after got theirs before us and this is where the frustration began especially with the young child. However Hasan (staff) stepped in, took over the responsibility and ensured we received quality service. He went an extra mile and exceeded our expectations!! Would definitely visit the eatery again - thanks to Hassan

Food: 5 Service: 5 Staff: 5 We celebrated a birthday here and I must say, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and top quality and served hot, they followed the notes and brought the birthday cake. The food was prepared by Chech Jimmy, and we literally had no complaint at all. From fries, Mojito, dirty fries, everything was mouthwatering and delightfully delicious. We will be calling sooner and thank you for making our day. Parking: Park opposite the steak out.
