Years of shoulder and issue on my left side with knee and ankle - seen may sports therapists, had cortisone for it to return. Found Theo by chance and a rare but diamond find! After 2 sessions months later I am feeling fab and release havent had in long time. He is professional, humble and makes you feel at ease. I call him a magician but his care and attention to the issues are unrivalled No nonsense approach to fixing the issues - highly highly recommend Best there is!

After elbow pain for some time plus back and neck pain, I decided to go with a friend's recommendation to see Theo... well I'm so very glad I did! It was an effective yet relaxing session that clicked me right into place. I could feel the difference straight away! Highly recommended

Take it from someone thats been to different osteopaths and chiropractors, maybe about 6, from Leytonstone to Godstone. The first time I went to get my back sort in Leytonstone, it felt amazing. When I found somewhere more local, Ive always felt theres been something theyre missing. Boom!!! Got recommended to Theo. Its been a few weeks now and usually the pain will come back with a week or 2. I now have a lot more flexible lower back and it feels great. Theo is humble, honest, easy to speak to, shows understanding and is a true professional. He takes his time, analyses, observes, tests and then makes the correct adjustments, not just the usual run of the mill treatment. Hes got over 40 years experience!!! Hes managed to sort my whole spinal column out. Ive always found it painful to cross my legs (right over left is ok but not left over right) I thought this was due to lack of stretching. Ive had lower back pain since the age of 13 but thought it was normal or due to muscle fatigue, anyway, Theo sorted it when everyone else failed. Great value for money too. Thank you Theo, I will recommend you to everyone that needs it. Keep up The good work. Saleem.
