I first saw Hoss after getting back into sport and suffering from a groin strain. Hoss was very thorough, explaining why the injury had occurred and what our plan of action would be. Using manageable exercises, Hoss managed to get me back playing sport much earlier than anticipated. More than a month on and I am back playing regularly with no further issues . Thanks Hoss!

As an off again on again social runner I went as I needed help with a sore knee when training for a half marathon. too quickly. He quickly figured out what needed strengthening (hip flexer), made it really clear what was the problem and how to fix it. I was given exercises over the next few weeks and haven't had a problem since. Half marathon went really well.

Hoss helped me to return to running after a knee issue. The app he uses to track progress and give instructions allows you to feed back how your exercises are going, and for him to to then revert with suggestions, between appointments. Using the app is not essential to treatment - just helpful. Hoss is patient and encouraging and I cannot recommend him more highly..
