        Solid place, the ponds support Great crested newts and there are nice staff. The place does close at 4 but the doors sometimes don't, almost got locked in one!

        Great place, a brilliant alternative to the Velo circuit in Olympic Park because of the free parking on site if your driving in with your bikes. also more elevation in one lap than you will get at the velo circuit in the Olympic Park which is another perk. (choice of elevation on 2 seperate interlinking routes)
