        Not the friendliest encounter. Massage was ok. Therapist finished with ' that's it then'. Really didn't enjoy the experience which was a gift from my daughter.

        Had a wonderful massage & facial with Khin on Saturday. Khin was very thorough and very professional. I left the salon feeling marvellous! looking forward to booking up again soon!

        Very welcoming, kind, and accomodating reception. Experienced and gentle staff. I used their massage, wax, eyebrow threading and tint, manicure and pedicure (gel polish) services with no complaints. I look forward to visiting the Orchid Retreat Day Spa again the next time I'm in London.
