so i need identification to renew my bus pass. im 56 male (white & SCOTTISH) born and bred in glasgow. i dont own a passport or do i drive, so to get ID this dreadful application is needed, but to get this you need ID so it takes you to citizen card {which i have reviewed too} i suffer from depression and anxiety, i dont have support or a carer to do this stuff for me, jeez i rarely leave the house. how can it be so hard to renew and get a bus pass. dreadful way to prove you were born here worked all my years paid NI

Hello. I understand that your company is responsible for the artificial intelligence of the selfie video that Instagram requests for easy recognition..... My Instagram account @1photomarym2020 has been hacked... and there is a way to recover it. I have photos in my gallery but every time I send the video I get the answer that it can't recognize me.... It makes me very angry.... I AM THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT @1photomarym2020.... and right now the hacker is using my image to defraud more people. INCREDIBLE, THAT NO ONE... NEITHER INSTAGRAM, NEITHER FACEBOOK NOR YOUR COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO CORRECT THIS ERROR AND ALLOW HACKERS TO USE THIS NETWORK TO FOOL MORE PEOPLE. I NEED URGENT HELP TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT.
