DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH FOODit - Had to give a star to write a review. I ordered from wuli wuli last night at 10:48pm. I waited for my order for 20 minutes. I then received a text message stating that my order had been cancelled and to contact the restaurant for further enquires. I called the restaurant to find out why, they told me my order has been cancelled as the driver had gone home. There was no alternative given. The money was taken from my account and when I asked the restaurant regarding MY MONEY I was told that it should have come back to my account. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. This is totally unacceptable. How can a company take your money yet no food has been received and no refund!?! I called the restaurant again and I qoute "we do not have your money you need to contact FOODit. So where is my money 21.60 to be precise. I tried to call FOOdit as the website stated they are open today (Saturday) 3pm-11pm they are closed. I called the restaurant again and they are not very helpful. They made me feel like I owed them 21.60p. I am very sad that this is what companies are doing to hard working people. What if I was a single parent with my last 20 and needed to feed my family? We would have gone to bed hungry and no one would care. Wuli wuli and FOODit are not companies that I will be dealing with in the future. Customer Care and customer satisfaction is obviously not on their agenda. It is a day later and I am still waiting for my money. Not recommended as an online order service or a service at all. I am still persueing my money. Becareful and be very very cautious when ordering online from both these companies.

Foodit is a great support for restaurants and takeaways to increase business. Free customer service support and fair pricing policy makes Foodit an excellent platform. Highly recommended!!!

I work with the team at FOODit and I wanted to leave a five star review because I know the level of care that goes into the customer support package. The FOODit team are some of the smartest, loveliest people I've ever met in my working career. Full marks and keep up the great work guys, I recommend you to everyone and thanks for having me on the team.
