        Im still waiting for refund of the Segway-Ninebot ES4 more than half a year! I send them back the defect model, and they stopped any contact with me! So they left me without a item and refund! Shame!

        I was in contact with James Justice, Business Consultant to make a new contract, signed all the paperwork, it took him over a month to come back to me with a negative answer, no explanation why the application was rejected and no solution how and then this can be reviewed. James stopped responding to my calls, emails. Highly unprofessional. I am now with WorldPay and very happy. If you can avoid working with FirstData - this would be a smart move!
