Care Vision is an absolutely excellent system which is just what we needed for our care home to make the home run more efficiently. The entire team give fantastic customer service, always available to support and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this system.

I highly recommend this system and cant thank the team enough as it has been a massive value add to our care homes. They have always be available to help and are prompt with responses. I can not fault the system and I think its brilliant and I would highly recommend!

We are a very progressive care provider, so we were really keen to explore electronic care plan providers. Care Vision was recommended to us by a fellow provider and after researching other services, we decided to take the leap. When we signed up, Care Vision was aimed at elderly care in mainly residential settings. However, Rishi and the team were keen to work with us to develop the service to cater for supported living and learning disabilities. So far, whatever ideas or requests we have had in way of modules have been considered and in some instances, already developed and in use. Any questions we have are answered (usually) same day through the easy to use ticketing system. The team are amazing - I get instant email responses at 11pm! They work incredibly hard. Ultimately, we love having live access to our customers care plans and daily care. It makes managing and auditing our service so much more time efficient and swift. But added to that we get to work closely with the Care Vision team - a relationship I don't think we would have with any other service of this kind. Care Vision is customer focussed and they really share our vision on outcome based care and support. We want to make a special shout out to Oleg! Anything he doesn't know about the system isn't worth knowing. Well done guys!

WONDERFUL System !!! Care vision is the most completed care system that is in the market. it understands care home needs in every aspect. Care Vision team is Exceptional, nothing is to much and they are always available. Would give 100 starts if I could.
