Very bad quality bed, bought it new ,and it made a lot of noises and very flimsy , called them to check it , they were not answering the phone , after 100 attempts they answered with very bad attitude , and they said they cant do anything for me . Avoid

What an absolute joke of a shop!! Sold me a bed that smells like urine and had electric problems too.. be very careful buying anything from this company. Poor management and very unprofessional. You have be warned

Ordered 3 Door mirror wardrobe, we moved to new house , in the store it looked nice , ordered and on the day before they said the colour is out of stock . They didn't give us a time slot when they would be arriving. Also they promised for same day fitting , which they lied, fitter didn't even turn up . They keep saying the fitter will turn up , 3 whole days we waited he didn't . We had to argue with them for 3 days straight till they organized for a fitter to come . He came at 9 o'clock at night. The fitting was disaster, the mirror doors don't shut completely, the draws of the drawers don't close properly, you have to lift the top one to close. The fitting was not fitted properly. 700 for that it's not worth it . Plz do not buy from them . They also had very bad customer services . They are selling products with false promises. This is in Luton branch. The sales man was talking and making no sense. Do avoid them!
