Con artist avoid at all costs ordered a acrylic wall art specifically stated I didn't want to see fixings as wanted it to appear floating I rang after initially going into store to order as receipt is vague to be told that acrylic was already drilled with fixings visible when I stated this is not what I wanted I was offered 50% off I accepted reluctantly.. several weeks on no photo has been provided so I called only to be told they haven't made the picture and they infact want me to pay 50% for something I don't have or want the photo hasnt been printed and they are keeping my money! Totally unreasonable rude woman I am not paying for something I didn't order it's not my fault they didn't listen to my request and make what I asked for and I won't be paying for there mistake! I've contacted my credit card for a charge back don't purchase anything from this store vile non existent customer service totally unacceptable and RUDE!
