I had a first great and amazing experience at TSW. I went on time and my turn was delayed by ~25-30 minutes but it was fine anyways, had a fun time. So I booked again for me and my wife. We had a terrible traffic jam because there was an accident and TSW called us in the middle of it saying they would not take us in becase "their T&C was clear about appointments". We went anyways and got rejected, they took our money and did not even want to reschedule or anything. It seems that when THEY are off the schedule it's ok but if you get delayed you are wrong and your money will be taken away no excuses taken. Yes, T&Cs are correct and they were right, but it was not our fault and we wanted to discuss that like rational humans we are. Worst human interaction I've ever had. Despite that, I would recommend the place as it's one of the few near London that's worth it, but just make sure you arrive on time and expect a TERRIBLE customer service, probably the worst I've ever sen.

Great place to take your COD made teen-ager, if your child is under 14 they came only do same of the activities. Still a great day though.

Had a great day with my son shooting live ammo and archery,very competitive if you want it to be!.Great staff and complex definitely going back..

amazing experience! me and my fianc went for assault rifle shooting and the young lad leading was fab, will 100% be back! there are also loads of photo opportunities, they provide a phone stand (for the rifle shooting anyways) for you to film yourself and theres no rush with how quick you fire your bullets, really was a lovely experience!
