        I recently picked up my Ticker's Jodphur boots, that you have just put a new full leather sole on. There was a parking attendant loitering outside so I didn't have time to look at the work in store. When I got home I was blown away. The quality of the workmanship is immensely impressive - they look like new. I know Tricker's and Church's both send you shoes for resoling etc. Now I know why - but by going direct (as can drop off with you on way to see my mother) I didn't pay West End mark up). GREAT JOB. I`ll be back.

        Horrific service. They lied about not being able to take on more work when in fact they just didnt want to repair something very little because it wasnt worth it.
