Independent living accommodation surrounded by woods, but close to local amenities

My daughter just got locked in the park. She went for a run and a storm started, she went to leave and all exits were locked. Its 5.30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Shouldnt you check before you lock people in? She had to climb over the fence. This is unacceptable.
