The Priory

I am a regular visitor to the priory and it is a beautiful place to live and make me feel safe that my good friend lives here and has support when needed. I've just read a report about the priory and a lot is not true

Sheltered accommodation set in a pleasant area close to local amenities and bus routes. There's a current issue with drug dealing on site which results in public disturbances and severe threatening action taken by dealers when money is owed. Hence the savage attack on the West side doors. Unfortunately the local council are housing those who are not elderly or disabled but ex offenders and so called asylum seekers. There is still an issue with anti social behaviour and frequent damage to property and communal areas. The Priory should really be the Jewel in the crown for Haringey but recently has lost its lustre. Very sad. Just 3 stars at the moment until the Council gets control and not confused about who they house. They could also do something about severe damp and blackmould without having to leave it to the carer. Scheme manager has so much to do and does it incredibly well. She ought to have a medal for what she does and endures. We'll done D
