The worst host ever who ignores their customers. I had to cancel my trip and retrospective stay at their premises in March 2020 because of our national lockdown due to coronavirus. They didn't send me official voucher, just a message on booking.com saying whenever I'd like to come, I simply need to contact them. Well, I've been trying to reach them by email, phone, booking with no success. Even if I could travel, I wouldn't be able to do it. The situation remains unchanged, even getting worse, and I just simply want them to respond to my email and refund my trip that forced to cancellation.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. The ground floor deluxe room was very neat and self sufficient. The only downside is that because it's opposite the smoking area on the ground floor, there are tons of people gathered there talking and yelling at all times of the day. This is not a fault of the apartment itself but it can get rather frustrating especially when your room also smells of weed all day long from your neighbors.
