I have been in security industry for 16 years and I have never come across a security company such as this. Smart Security look after their staff unlike other security companies who only think about keeping their clients happy. Me and my team tuped to Smart Security in Aug 2022. Liam O'Sullivan Accounts manager and Breda Smead Operation director have supported us throughout. - Liam & Breda each separately visit my site 2-4 times a month for any problems or query we might have. - Liam has got us Christmas bonus approved from the client which has never happened in the last 5 years - Liam tried very hard for our pay increase from 3% to 6% (due to rising cost of living) - Because of Liam we are now getting double pay on the actual bank holiday as well as the substitute bank holidays - The HR department is amazing thank you Leyre & Maria for all your support

Terrible work ethics shown by the HR team/ manager. After asking me to Sign a contract with them there was internal miss communication amongst their HR team regarding my availability. After not replying to my emails to clarify the miss communication, I rang the HR manager who said to me I have already caused drama and they have no confidence in me when I clarified my availability. Such a shame my time was wasted.
