        Name has changed was called Nothen security. Terrible experience customer service was terrible. I bought a 200 DVR box with out support the lack of support is terrible from northern security

        The best simply cause they are not only providing the best products but they are very helpful as I ordered a 8mp fixed turret instead of a 4mp and the returning process and getting the right one was fast as hell. For sure would reccomend and buy from ERTECH again.

        AVOID. Order placed on the website after a quick call to sales to ensure the item was in stock. Yes sir its in stock for next day delivery. We are now 3 days later and no sign of my order. Needed it urgently for a client who has now gone to another supplier. No communication and no apology when I called up to ask where the item is. 0* customer service.

        Just phoned them in getting a faulty lead checked.The man asked me to send pictures via WhatsApp which l did.He even looked to see if they had one in their warehouse to no avail and then sent me to a link on eBay. Anyway l was impressed with the customer service and ordered a new more updated camera and their price was a lot cheaper than else where.The camera arrived whining 2 days and we are delighted with it. Good service.
