Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this company that has cost me hundreds of pounds with nothing to show for it. It's worth mentioning that as people to deal with they have been nothing but friendly, helpful and polite. However, as a company that provides security grilles I would expect them to advise on all aspects of fitting. For example, the Highways Act 1980 (153) says it's illegal for a gate to open outwards onto a footpath/highway. But they didn't offer me any professional advice, or ask me if I'd looked into the possibility that I might require planning permission because of the location of my home. So, I ended up looking into it all myself, but sadly this was after I'd put down my deposit. When the council eventually got back to my query it turned out I did need to apply for planning permission, which I was told I was unlikely to get. So I lost my deposit plus more money for parts. To be honest the responsibility for this should be shared - both by the buyer and the provider. Any company providing a service has a duty to make sure the service it provides is legal and the customers it provides the service to are protected. This was not my experience of commissioning HPSG Ltd. Hence the poor rating. My advice to anyone using them would be to do your own homework re. planning permission, conservation areas, etc. very thoroughly before you go ahead with anything.

Extremely helpful and thoughful design made security look attractive! Met every deadline working around strict COVID regulations and did a first class job. Would use again and already recommended to another small business owner.

Ive been meaning to write a review of this company for a very long time. They came during the beginning of the pandemic and fitted two grills for me. Not only were they incredibly professional friendly polite and understanding of my situation but they came at a time of dire need and fitted the grills incredibly fast. I have had many compliments on the grills especially the front one which was made bespoke. Not onlyDo the grills look good, but they make me feel so so safe in my own house. I am so grateful, and I cant really put a price on my safety so I am so thankful to the two guys that put the grills in
