to whom may this concern i went in to your palmers green branch subway and met with a assistant named rashed he was very rude limited the salad on my foot long didnt want to serve me properly and only put 6 sweet corns 6 cucumbers in my sub which was a joke I am very disappointed with the way i was treated i want you to take action before i email the ombudsmen i await your reply as until he is working in there i or any of my employees will not visit subway again, please remember i have 25 employees & they up till today used to visit subway daily, the staff called rashed is not someone i would want to see in this branch. he has no customer serving skills always moody and i will be boycotting this subway unless you remove him thank you

The Manager was very rude . I told him what I like it and him didnt want to give me . Him telling me that offer dont have . But was have it. Kick me out.!!! Dietary restrictions: Very BAD THE MAnager cant behav him SELF . NOT THIS PLACE TO him to WORK HERE!!!

Subway shows on the list of participating stores for the festive promotion and on my receipt it shows an e voucher was available but the staff member told me they were not participating in this promotion. I asked if this was the Alderman's Hill branch and he said no and I even showed him the store appears on the Subway site as a participating store.
