        I ordered plant patty today afternoon in store. Shivani was working and she asked how would you like to pay i said by subway rewards. Listing to that she suddenly replied our sub-card is not working. I said try to scan she scanned and reply no its not working. I saw on system why its not working. I saw that she had entered 3 cookies instead of my subway. Thats because cookies dont come in subway rewards. She was doing scam with me and she havent used my rewards. Subway rewards is launched for customers who collect points so they can get free sub sometime. Thats how it works but no she was pretending as a scam. Subway need to take strong action on this store for not allowing customers to get subway using rewards.

        Had a voucher in my hand visible to the staff and only got told that they don't accept when I was at the till very annoyed. Wouldn't recommend the staff was rather rude about it aswell.
