I would like to recommend this store for everyone who passing harrow station underground in the mornings. Amazing, quick and high professional customer service, staff always smiling amd happy to help. The manager of the store, Magdalena is a perfect example how to work hard every day with smile and hapinness giving to customers. Well done @wenzels and team from harrow on the hill!!! You made my day!

I wish the review below were wrong and that all my fellow reviewers were being nasty if only a little bit. Today I went to buy the last minute croissant and it took so long to have it handed over after I payed. Just because while I was touching my phone on the device the assistant went to help someone else and then went inside and then the other assistant didnt know which was my order and then I had to tell her what I had bought again. Ouch. I feel sorry for the staff. They are overpriced but convenient right at the entrance for the station at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
