If I could give them zero I would. I had to tell the woman serving me to change her gloves as she had been touching the microwave an all sorts and then wanted to serve my food with the same gloves. I then got to the checkout to claim my free footlong with my rewards and she told me I cant use it and that she can give me a receipt to claim my points. Had to tell her again that Im not claiming points, Im claiming a reward. She then expected me to pay instead of claiming my reward. Youd think they would have warn people before they make their order. They wasted my time and lunch break.

Food is OK but you have to watch them make your food. I ordered a tuna cheese footlong, I could see their tuna pot was nearly empty. The employee proceeded to scoop the tuna onto the bread. He did 3 scoops and all was well, he got to the 4th scoop and the tuna was practically out.... he scraped and scraped getting all the remnants he could. I could visibly see the scooper was a quarter filled [scooper usually holds half a ball, level amount]. I could also see when he put it on the bread that it was half the size of the other scoops. I smiled and pointed out it wasn't a full scoop, expecting an acknowledgement and then moving on. I didnt even want him to top up the tuna, just acknowledge and learn. He instantly got defensive and no matter how I explained his error would repeat they can't give extra tuna. Before another employee got involved he said I should come and make it myself. The attitude is terrible. There is also what seems like a mother and son combo that works there. The mother is always picking at the boy and the boy looks like he wants to kill himself. Never going back there again.
