Starbucks Coffee

Ordered a frappuccino and kept waiting for my name being called out. Many drinks were just kept on the counter and I was expected to find my own drink in the many drinks on the counter. I confronted the ginger girl barista and she blatantly lied about calling my name out, which she absolutely didn't. I am really understanding and calm if you accept a mistake and apologise. But no, there were No apologies. And she instead pointed fingers at me saying that I didn't hear my name. Which is complete bs. My drink also turned too watery by the time I got it due to all the waiting. Lovely vibe of the place but going to avoid in future due the misbehaviour.

I usually visit this Starbucks all the time, but my recent two visits have been disappointing. Although the cashier was friendly, the baristas on both occasions were impolite. When I ordered two takeaway coffee, and requested a carrier, they simply pointed to the coffee tray and acted as if I should have known where they are. Although I found their behavior quite rude, I still thanked them. Later, when I asked for a straw, one of the baristas threw it on the table, which was already wet, making the whole thing seem unhygienic. Consequently, I decided not to take the straw. In my second visit, I decided to give the coffee shop another chance. However, the other barista's behaviour was still the same. She threw the straws on the wet table and made my second drink after attending to several other customers. I ordered two same kind of drinks, but when I reminded her of the second drink as I was waiting for so long, she responded rudely, insisting that she already knew. I dont know why the table always wet and dont know if they dont want to help why not put the straws out.
