        Short of staff and disorganized. My relative had stayed few weeks there and didn't like it. The company does not employ enough staff, as a result clients suffer as they find it hard to get support. The staff seemed to be stressed and busy; too busy to attend to client's needs. The manager threatens to remove your loved one from her centre, if you complain a lot!

        A good care home with caring and approachable staff. They looked after my aunt for several years giving her a comfortable life until she passed away recently at the age of 91.

        My Nan joined the home today and first impressions are that the staff are lovely, follow the Covid rules and the home itself is well maintained. Thank you in particular to Minnie, Maria, Mahindra and all of the other staff for making my Nan feel so welcome.
