        Liz is a really kind, calm and empathetic person. Ive been having reflexology for nearly a year, and I find the sessions very peaceful and relaxing. Liz always asks how I am and takes time to chat, then she remembers what Ive told her and asks me about it next time. I cant recommend reflexology with her highly enough.

        I have had both reflexology and shiatsu sessions with Liz. Her intuitive, caring and knowledgeable holistic approach is nothing short of exceptional. I have benefitted enormously from my treatments...in particular in dealing with peri and fully menopausal issues. Liz is an extraordinarily beautiful soul whose holistic treatments cant fail to be beneficial.
