Host Staffing

Organized and straightforward registration, felt professional. However, I have only been given one shift despite calling numerous times for some work. Seems like they are overrecruiting and there is no concern for over recruiting as long as the shifts are covered and the company is being paid. Was 2 minutes late for my Twickenham shift, and was sent home with multiple other people. I acknowledge that there was a requirement to be early on the site. However, how could 5+ people be sent home for not arriving in the minute when the shift starts. Twickenham is far (travelled from zone 1) and it's a big stadium, therefore not unusual to something happen enroute. Loss of income and time used, with no real concern from the owner himself. Left me feeling like I would not want to work for this kind of company unless I am very desperate for money.

One of the best places to work, especially for students, because of the flexibility, but also the work is fun and it pays well. Very efficient on boarding process
