I understand Jordan King being of the latest generation known for being keyboard warriors and being a bit inexperienced, however, there is no excuse for the bad CX. 1. I had clearly expressed that I'm interested in focusing on Operations and Finance more and that I want to be in the C-Suite one day. She approached me about a job she slightly falsely advertised that there will be finance involved. Turned out it was more of a customer service- office maintenance dead-end job in a boutique company that isn't growing anytime soon. 2. I was told that it will be an interview when it was clearly a Prescreening where the interviewer was being rather robotic and mainly asking me about what I want to know about 2. I was sent the wrong 'interview' link and the correct one when I was already on the link. She didn't bother calling and informing me about it eventually resulting in being late for the interview. 3. She also failed to inform the interviewer about the situation resulting in me receiving negative feedback about how disappointed the interviewer was about me being late. 4. She failed to prepare me as the interviewer was clearly looking for specific information. I don't think she knows this client well or has built a relationship with them. 5. The lack of communication from her side doesn't stop there- she didn't bother calling and checking on me after the interview. Instead she went silent for a couple of days and sent me an email with the negative feedback in a rathe patronising way.
