First time I have come across a Professional recruitment team in London where I dont need to follow up on any of my needs as it is is being proactively taken care. Deborah is so friendly and professional and she offered me a new role immediately after my temp role contract got over. Never I felt I was just thrown out to some company just to fill the gap, instead it was aligned in such a way that it is a win win situation for me and the company. Lamb Personnel were a such a refreshing change to work with! As a candidate, one can feel a bit used & abused by recruitment agencies. Communication is frequently one-way and you can often feel shoe-horned into a role. Not so with Lamb Personnel. They took the time to really dig into my experience and what I was actually looking for. The result? A role that is a truly great fit! They stayed in touch keeping me updated all through the selection process and well into my probation period to check progress. Friendly but always professional. Were it not for the fact my employer already works with them, Id be recommending them for any future requirements.
