I would love to leave a review for Engage as this is one of those agencies that puts their teachers first! I have had an amazing experience with Laura ! She has been extremely helpful and accomodating. It's a very professional agency, always flexible when I request something. I wouldnt work with any other agency after this! hihgly recommend!

Do not be fooled with those positive reviews! Most of them are from the consultants that work there. This company is a massive scam and they dont help you

My experience with Engage Education has been very nice. My consultant Matthew Marlow in the SEND team has constantly got me into work no gaps. Always helpful if I have any questions on anything relating to work.

SCAM I wouldnt recommend this agency as they are a scam. I was stressed out to pay for a DBS of 50 pounds, references etc. Then, I was told that everything was ok and that they would look for part-time jobs offer. I informed the days that I was available to work. But, I was ghosted and then contacted on the days that I wasnt available or contacted at 7am in the morning to start an early shift without notice. Associate would inform me later on that they had issues with my references after everything was clear and confirmed from my side with the companies that I worked with. Associate will as well saying that he was sick in hospital being this the reason for the fact that the company didnt contacted me for more than 3 weeks. I started the recruitment process mid January and received the DBS after 5/6 weeks. 3 months has passed and still they didnt find me a part-time job and will not refund me the 50 that I paid. The problem here is that you only can receive a refund after working with the company for x10 working days. Plus the associate will ask you to send your passport and ID documentation throughout WhatsApp. Plus, although I told them that I will not be quitting my full time job. After x2 months they contacted my current employee again to ask when would be my last day at the company/resignation although I told them that that my employee wouldnt be able to confirm this as I didnt resigned. Was just looking for a par time job. Never saw any company with this lack of professionalism. Im going to the civil court to try to sort this out as I want my 50 pounds back. I have prove of everything and was advised by citizens advice and ACAS! Until now the company didnt replied to my email and I will have to spend 50 pounds (25 each) to send x2 letters to x2 addresses of the company: headquarters and subsidiary. Stay Way!
